Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as purchasing from our website means you agree to them.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

We try to ensure that the prices displayed on our website are accurate, however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. This will not affect any order that you have made before these changes appear.

We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately. However, we will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website. We will attempt to correct any problems as soon as we are aware of them.  Illustrations and descriptions of products are provided as a guide only. Actual products may vary. All product measurements are approximate. Product colours may vary. Descriptions such as "gold", "silver", "diamond" etc. refer to the colour.

You can buy products from us online. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee our acceptance of the order. If we accept your order, we will send you an additional confirmation email after the goods have been dispatched.

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

When placing your order please make sure that you specify the correct delivery address as NickyNackyNoo take no responsibility for missing parcels that have been sent to the wrong address.

Whilst we endeavour to keep our inventory up to date on occasion an item ordered may be out of stock.  Should this happen we will contact you to arrange a refund, suitable replacement or to confirm whether we will hold your payment until stock becomes available.

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return them to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt.  Please email us, including your order number, and send the goods back with your original packing slip. All goods and packaging must be in resalable condition. We will be able to refund you for the value of any goods returned to us.

Please note that we can only offer refunds for CD-ROMs if they are returned to us unopened and unused.

If you have received damaged goods or the incorrect items in your order, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement. We will also refund any postage costs you incur, if the error was ours. Damaged or faulty items must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Please also note that if your order qualified for free postage and packaging, and you decide to return some items that would bring your order below the free postage line, we will refund your goods minus our standard postage charge. In addition, if your order included a multibuy discount that you would no longer qualify for after returning items, the discount you received will be taken off your refund amount.

Under the terms of the distance selling regulations, you also have a 7 day cooling off period from the day you receive your order. During this time you can change your mind and cancel your entire order with us. You must contact us inside the 7 day period, in writing (email can be used) to let us know that you want to cancel your order. When we receive all the goods back in resalable condition, we will be able to issue you with a refund for the returned items (excluding postage).

We normally dispatch items within 24 hours of payment.  The majority of Items are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded.  Delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please allow a minimum of 15 working days for your items to arrive before contacting us.

You can pay via Paypal using any major credit or debit card.  Alternatively you can send a cheque or postal order made payable to NickyNackyNoo.  Payment must be received in full before any order will be dispatched.

All prices are displayed in UK pound sterling.

NickyNackyNoo can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the goods purchased.

Under the Offensive weapons act 1996 it is an offence for anyone in the UK under the age of 16 to purchase a knife or similar cutting tools that can be used to harm others.
